This policy explains what information gemnix.com collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Gemnix operates gemnix.com, the corporate and brand home of the Gemnix universe. You can reach us at hello@gemnix.com.

The Gemnix Terra online adventure is hosted separately at https://gemnix.world and has its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover it.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, a child's personal information on this website.

  • Newsletter sign-ups: the email address you give us, and the date you gave it.
  • Enquiry forms: your name, email address, organisation if you provide one, the reason for your enquiry, and your message.
  • Aggregate usage: privacy-conscious analytics about which pages are visited, without cookies that identify you and without cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry.
  • To send the newsletter you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.

Children's privacy

This site is intended to be read by adults and by children with an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: kept while we deal with them, and for up to 24 months afterwards.
  • Newsletter records: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again.
  • Analytics: aggregate only, with no ability to single you out.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and send email, and only what they need to do that work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
  • Object to a particular use, and we will explain what happens if we stop.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the date shown here. Material changes will also be mentioned in the news section.
