Element: Water
The Tritons move with the water and listen before they act. They are guides, healers and negotiators, at home in river mouths, tidal pools and rain-fed highland lakes, and they travel the realm more widely than any other faction. Their craft is connection: they map safe crossings, carry news between distant settlements, and cool a conflict before it hardens. Tritons believe that a problem forced is a problem repeated, so they look for the route around it. To join them is to learn patience of a different kind — the patience to change shape without losing yourself.
Identity
Aquatic guides and healers who follow the rivers, tides and mists of the realm.
“Every current finds a way through.”
Tritons treat gems as living springs: they trace where elemental power flows, and they close what has been opened too far.
Rivers, lakes, rain-fed highlands, mist coasts and tidal caverns
Sheltered pools used for healing and for quiet negotiation between factions.
A crossing that appears and disappears with the tides.
